Easy website, easy phone contact when I had questions. Everything well-organized. Friendly staff. Have rented a car through this company several times and have always been very satisfied.

I was not impressed with

I was not impressed with our overall service. We did not receive the car we were promised. It was supposed to be an estate with plenty of boot room and instead it was a compact car. As a result we struggled to fit all of our luggage in. Furthermore, the check in desk had no idea that we needed a child seat. I regard this as the fault of carrentals.co.uk for not informing them properly. They had a spare seat available but it was too big and it didn't feel safe for our 2 year old. There was no other option so we had to take it but it was a constant cause of concern for the duration of the holiday and we probably ended up driving less than we would have liked.

Brive la Gaillarde is a commune located in the department of Corrze in the middle of the Massif Central, France. The medieval city centre is mostly a commercial district featuring retail shops and cafs as well as the city hall and the Labenche Museum. A noteworthy sight outside the inner city is a bridge, the Pont Cardinal, which was a crossing point for voyagers from Paris to Toulouse.
