Good. You should point out that the Free Shuttle Car Park bus is only operational in Summer, perhaps point it out beforehand. I have travelled before using various companies in the same area and the Shuttle bus is very useful.

Our main issue was that

Our main issue was that we could not reach Autounion by phone when we arrived (our phones did not work) so contacted carrentals by email. The original booking online was fine.
