Situated in Languedoc in the southwest France, Beziers is a commune and town that is host to the popular Feria du Beziers. This five-day event is centred on bullfighting and attracts over a million visitors every August.

The Beziers Rail Station frequently services TGV high-speed trains to Paris (five times per day) as well as TALGO trains to Barcelona and Geneva (twice a day), while the slower TER trains depart from Beziers altogether 162 times each day.
