No details of how to get from Arlanda airport to terminal to the Budget car pickup were supplied in the booking or any emails. I had to call you and you then transferred me to Budget in Sweden. Very poor.

Boden Guide

Boden is a town in the heart of Norrbotten County. The people speak Swedish except for some who speak Finnish because Boden is close to the Finnish border. However, there are many more languages you can hear as a result of immigration. There are flights accessible to Boden from Lulea Airport which is about 40 minutes away from Boden. Approximately 12 daily flights are available to and from Stockholm and the flight duration only takes slightly more than an hour.

It is a good idea to hire a car from the car hire company when visiting Boden. Boden Downtown is known for its beautiful nature sceneries and many activities you can do while you enjoy your holidays in the town. To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.
