What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

Cala Mandia is a small holiday resort on the east coast of Majorca just below the town of Porto Cristo. You can find cheap car hire at Cala Mandia Park hotel, which is right in the centre of the resort, and explore the coast with ease.

Cala Mandia Park is easy to get to, located as it is in the centre of the resort, and transfers are available here from Palma Airport. It is a quality hotel that has swimming and family entertainment, as well as a tennis court, playground and gardens. The Bay of Mandia is a pretty cove easily accessible with car rental at Cala Mandia Park.

The little beach here is ideal for families, with its shallow slope and calm, warm waters. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafs, and bars here and quiet coastal roads go off north and south. With car hire in Cala Mandia Park you can be up in the busier Porto Cristo in minutes, or explore the south coast.

The town of Manacor is just inland from Cala Mandia, one of Majorca's largest cities and sporting many pearl and gems shops. Heading north is the wide sweep of a bay at Alcudia, while the main town of Palma de Mallorca is about 80kms to the west.
