Car rentals are great. Love the website, easy to use, great offers and if cancel 48hrs before always get money back. Love car rentals and will use again/always use. I’ll just avoid Italy car rent as worst experience ever had hiring a car and done it loads over the years.

Vieste Guide

Vieste is town that is found in the Province Of Foggia. Vieste is known for its many white sand beaches, if you want a vacation to just have some fun in the sun then Vieste is great for you. There is an old town which is located in the easternmost of the two parts, one of the attractions is the Chiesa di San Francesco which was a huge monastery. There are tours that you can take, ask your travel agent to arrange a tour while planning your vacation.

From there you can climb up the Via Mafrolla, which leads to the Piazza Seggio, and from there you can see the Chianca Amara, which translates to the bitter stone. The stone has a historical significance, it was where over 5000 of the locals were beheaded when the Turks rampaged the town in 1554.

If you want to experience some of the other sights that include the Piazza Mazzini, which can be reached by a bus. The Piazza is located in the town square. Do some research or ask for literature from your travel agent to see everything there is to see in Vieste.

With the town being want it is there are plenty of hotel accommodations in Vieste. The best hotels in the Vieste are the Pensione al Centro Storico. This hotel has large rooms with each room having a sun terrace. You can bring your own food in if you want, how can it get better than that. It is a very small hotel with only 13 rooms. So if you want to stay there you would have to book your vacation around availability in the hotel.

There are many different places to eat with a lot of variety. The Osteria degli Archi is a great restaurant that is open all year round. Another recommended eatery is the Dragone via Duomo, which is a seafood restaurant, but this place to eat is closed November to March. This restaurant has character it is located in a natural cave. Perfect for the seafood lover.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?
