Car rentals are great. Love the website, easy to use, great offers and if cancel 48hrs before always get money back. Love car rentals and will use again/always use. I’ll just avoid Italy car rent as worst experience ever had hiring a car and done it loads over the years.

Steeped in beauty and history, the hilltop town of Urbino is the capital of Italy's Le Marche region. While the region is best known for its Adriatic coastline, Urbino attracts visitors inland and away from the beaches with its collection of Renaissance art and architecture.

The town's historic centre has received World Heritage Status from UNESCO. The town rose to prominence during the 15th century under the rule of Federico da Montefeltro. He commissioned Europe's premier architects and artisans to create what was to be the model city.

Ducal Palace is considered by many to be one of Italy's best palaces. Nowadays, the palace houses an extensive collection of Renaissance art, including the works of Urbino-native Raphael.

The city has a long history of promotion of the arts and sciences. Its university opened in 1506. Urbino also has a reputation for production of art, particularly majolica pottery and ceramics.

Public transportation within Le Marche is limited and time-consuming. Those looking to explore the beaches and beauty of this scenic region are strongly encouraged to book car hire for the duration of their stay.

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?
