Car rentals are great. Love the website, easy to use, great offers and if cancel 48hrs before always get money back. Love car rentals and will use again/always use. I’ll just avoid Italy car rent as worst experience ever had hiring a car and done it loads over the years.

Sora Guide

The city of Sora lies around 55 miles southeast of Italy's capital, Rome. The Liri River runs through the centre of town and it was once an important industry town of paper mills which is still notable today. It sits in a valley and the architecture has a distinct medieval look about it.

Much of the original town was destroyed in an earthquake hundreds of years ago, but some of the remains can still be seen at the high entrance which used to guard the area from attack. Many of the new building are on the outskirts and have a modern city feel about with shopping arcades and bars and restaurants.

Cheap car hire in Sora in an excellent place to set out and explore the region in particular the Cathedral of Santa Restituta and the Castle of Sorella pitched up on the hills surrounding the city. Many shops sell local clothing with the women's being very colourful and full of life. There are plenty of modern shops selling local crafts to modern gifts and goods.

With a car hire in Sora visitors can set out and explore the many traditional restaurants in the city that serve their signature dish of tagliatelle and a tomato sauce. There are many variations of this around town and all great for the food critics.

Rome is a great trip out in a car rental at Sora as it is only about one and a half hours drive away. Here you will find a popular capital that is home to Vatican City, the Colosseum and many other sites that can keep people for days.

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).
