Car rentals are great. Love the website, easy to use, great offers and if cancel 48hrs before always get money back. Love car rentals and will use again/always use. I’ll just avoid Italy car rent as worst experience ever had hiring a car and done it loads over the years.

San Nicolò Guide

S Nicola Di Ricardi is a small town in the situated in the Tyrrhenian coast, within the Vibo Valentia district. It is located between the gulfs of Lamezia Terme and Gioia Tauro. It is accessible from most major cities of Italy by means of every possible public transport. The city has history which prolongs to 10 century but its origin is still unknown. This city has been populated by Greeks, Normans, Saracena, etc so each type of culture and tradition can be found in this city.

The Farming Museum, Museo d'Arte Contadina opened in 1992 is one of the popular places to visit in Ricardi. Besides that different events and shows are too organized in the city. It has also been a home for many famous literary personalities for 20th century. Though the city is not as big as others in Italy but it has its own share of tourism. Many people visiting Italian come to Ricardi to see the real Italian rural life. The life seems to have been stopped in this small Italy town. You can see the age old traditional monuments still al round the city and while walking in the city you can have a feeling of being a medieval age of Roman Empire.

You are advised to eat the loan Italian food which is world famous for its taste and to walk around the city t see its variety. There are lots of cafes and pub spread in the city center that makes Ricardi one better place to hangout with friends.

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).
