Car rentals are great. Love the website, easy to use, great offers and if cancel 48hrs before always get money back. Love car rentals and will use again/always use. I’ll just avoid Italy car rent as worst experience ever had hiring a car and done it loads over the years.

S. Vito Lo Capo Guide

Cheap car hire in S. Vito Lo Capo is located on the north east corner of the Italian island of Sicily. There is only one road in and out of the town and it used by many tourists who flock to the beautiful it has with spectacular views to the surrounding mountainside.

The summer season is particularly busy here as tourists come to relax away from a big city life, but still having the amenities that visitors come to expect from a tourist town. Many of the restaurants are geared toward the tourist market and offer pizza and pasta as well other international menus.

Sites to visit by car rental in S. Vito Lo Capo include the old church in the main square built back in the 15th century. It has been added on over the year by many different rulers to what you see today. Ancient caves in the area are said to have been home to Homo Sapiens thousands of years ago after discoveries of drawings were dated.

The beach here has been awarded the '?blue flag' for its cleanliness and pollution free stature. The bay is protected by two headlands which makes swimming here great for all the family along the beach. Keen snorkellers can head to either of the two peninsulas where the sea is crystal clear and rocky.

Day-trippers may want to head inland with their car hire at S. Vito Lo Capo and try a spot of rock climbing. The area is very popular and their organised tours on offer. Some prehistoric caves are a great sight and can only be reached with the right equipment.

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?

Only rental companies with a high level of customer satisfaction are eligible to be included in our Worry-Free selection. This rate includes excess cover and unlimited kilometres. Your vehicle will be provided and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. With a vehicle from our Worry-Free selection, you can travel with peace of mind and no hidden costs.

 How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).
