Great service & good website

Great service & good website - will definitely use again. Only issue was that we took the insurance waiver and it wasn’t recognised by Europcar. It could maybe be clearer that the carrentals insurance requires people to pay first & claim later (unlike hire cars’ own schemes).

As the chief station serving one of Paris' most popular family attractions, Disneyland Paris, Marne la Vallee TGV Station sees high volumes of passengers throughout the year. Also known as Marne la Valle Chessy, the Marne La Vallee TGV station is located in the Ile de France region and provides connections to passengers along the RER (Rseau Express Rgional) network.

The Marne la Vallee TGV Station lies just over 18.5 miles from Paris and is situated within the limits of the Disneyland Resort Paris. High speed TGV services connect Paris with the station in less than 30 minutes.

The Marne la Vallee TGV Station maintains connections with Lille, Bordeaux, Rennes, Nantes, Nice, Perpignan, Toulouse, Strasbourg, Montpellier and Lorient as well as with Brussels and London via the Eurostar service.

Inside the station, passengers will find a good selection of facilities, including toilets, public phones, an office of tourism, a post office and a currency exchange desk. Taxis provided by Taxi Val d'Europe operate from outside of the station, providing transportation to Marne La Vallee, Paris and beyond.

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?
