Do you know that the name of Golden Sands Resort, or Zlatni Pyasatsi in Bulgarian language, one of the preffered resort in Bulgaria, is derived from an old legend that a pirate dug a treasure there and the treasure for some reasons turns into golden sand ? But it is actually, if partial, is true because of the beauty of the golden colored sands, you may think they are real gold afterall. Combine with crystal clear blue sea, you will experience a breathtaking sight, the one you will never forget for a long long time.

Golden Sands Resort or Golden Sands Beach is located at approximately 18 kilometers of the city of Varna, to the North direction. There are also mineral water springs with plain water so fresh, located near the beach. The Resort itself provide recreation grounds, entertainment, sport facilities. Parents and children will love this Resort as the facilities are designed to get parents and children to play together. For the adults, the Golden Sands Resort provide Casino facilities.

What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.
