What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

Kagran is part of the much larger city of Vienna, the largest city in Austria. Situated on the eastern bank of the Danube River, Kagran is home to many of the city's shopping and entertainment venues. Thankfully, it is easily accessible either by car hire or mass transit.

The Viennese U-Bahn, the underground train system that runs beneath the city, has at least one stop in Kagran, making it easy to visit there without having to resort to walking or driving yourself. There is bus service to the area, as well, though it isn't as prevalent of widely used as the U-bahn. Shopping areas in kgran include both major retailers and small boutique shops, allowing Kagran to have one of the widest selections of shopping experiences in the country. Customers can find anything from an inexpensive pair of shoes to a wildly expensive handbag, and all of it is right in Kagran. There are small boutique hotels, as well, serving the area, which allow customers to be outside of the worst congestion of the city while remaining close enough to enjoy the activities and amenities there.
