Not clear what car we

Not clear what car we had booked as confirmation was different to the criteria search we’d entered. Eg booked a 5 door but it came up with a 3 door compact with 1 luggage bag sized boot. Luckily the hire company gave us a free upgrade, however we would have brought more luggage if the confirmation had been as per the booking.
