The city is famous for its jazz music, and listening to the great sounds of live jazz emanating from the myriad of clubs is a relaxing and fulfilling experience. By air

By car
There is an extensive road network throughout the state, with Kansas City being on most of them. I-70 leads in from the east (St Louis, Indianapolis and Baltimore) and west (Denver); I-35 from the north (Des Moines and Minneapolis) and southwest (Wichita and Texas); and I-29 from the northwest (Omaha).
