I've been using Carrentals for car hire all over the world for 15+ years as the service and prices are 2nd to non.

Situated only 200kms from the metropolis of Bangkok, Cha-am is a popular weekend getaway located in the Phetchaburi Province of Thailand. Car hire in Cha-am is an excellent way to travel to and from the big city to the white sand beaches and blue skies. Both local families and tourists enjoy escapes to this small coastal city throughout the year.

With cheap car hire in Cha-am, exploring the many sights and attractions around the area is made easy. Mrigadayavan Palace is located roughly 10kms to the south of Cha-am and is a landmark. As the former summer palace of King Rama VI, the locals often call it the Palace of Love and Hope'.

Just 18kms from the northern shore of Cha-am, Puek-Taian is a small resort town easily accessible by car rental in Cha-am. The resort town is most famous for the statues in the middle of the sea of characters from one of the famous Thai poets Sunthon Phu's epic story.

Khao Nang Phanthurat Forest Park is perfect for nature lovers and those who enjoy frolicking through the countryside. It is possible to stroll through the mountains or enjoy a relaxing picnic in the countryside. What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).
