What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

What is a worry-free label?

I phoned to change the

I phoned to change the time for pick up and return of the car. It was not a good experience. I was told I could not do it and encouraged to book an up grade. I wanted to change my booking and return by 4 hours from 10.00am to 2.oo pm. I was told it was not possible to change it. I was told a car would not be available. I said I would take the risk and ended up in cancelling my booking and then re booking on line. Not helpful. I almost did not use your site to re book.

Suva is a city located on the southeast coast of the island of Viti Levu, the largest island in the Fiji island chain. The city is built on a hilly peninsula between Laucala Bay and Suva Harbour. There is much to do and see in Suva, including the mangroves and the Old Parliament buildings built near the mangrove swamp. Suva has a number of landmarks located throughout the city including the Fiji museum which contains the Thurston Gardens. The museum hosts the largest collection of Fijian artifacts in the country. Down on the waterfront, there is a sprawling complex of markets where visitors can find Fijian artifacts and handicrafts for sale. The best time to visit is on Friday or Saturday.

Fiji has over seventy parks some of which are great places to enjoy the lush landscape of Fiji or to enjoy a romantic sunset. The city also hosted the 2003 South Pacific games and as a result the city now has a new indoor sports center along with a swimming pool and a stadium. It's also recommended that travelers watch a rugby game with the locals. Staged in the recently built indoor sports complex, the matches are a real treat.

There are restaurants to be found in the various hotels across the city. For travelers wanting to have a quick snack there is the local Harbour Center mall. Fast food and novelty food stations located throughout the mall offer everything from Chinese food to fish and chips. There is also a wonderful restaurant named Asiana which serves Indian food.
