Who do I need to contact to file a complaint?

If you are not satisfied with a certain aspect of your rental, or paid more than you were supposed to, first try to resolve the issue directly with the local rental company. If you can not come to an agreement with the rental company, you can submit your complaint at the end of your rental by filling out the customer service form on our website. Select the reason for your claim, and follow the instructions.
