I phoned to change the

I phoned to change the time for pick up and return of the car. It was not a good experience. I was told I could not do it and encouraged to book an up grade. I wanted to change my booking and return by 4 hours from 10.00am to 2.oo pm. I was told it was not possible to change it. I was told a car would not be available. I said I would take the risk and ended up in cancelling my booking and then re booking on line. Not helpful. I almost did not use your site to re book.

We booked a Yaris or

We booked a Yaris or similar, but on arrival were allocated a larger Hyundai Accent which was too large for my wife to drive. ECCR at Hobart apparently have very few Yaris-sized cars. Fortunately we were going to be passing nearby a few days later so were able to substitute the Accent for a smaller Kia Rio for the rest of our trip, but Carrentals need to check more carefully what sort of cars are actually available - size does matter, and a bigger car than you've booked isn't necessarily acceptable to all customers.

Good range of vehicles available. The main problem was lack of information about the additional cost of a one-way hire. When you initially enter details of the desired hire, your website shows the same price as for returning to the same location. Only when you proceed with the actual booking does the additional one-way hire fee appear. This is seriously misleading.

When you are in Melbourne, if you head about 150 miles or so southwest you are going to hit the great city of Wangaratta. This is a great town that sits in Victoria, Australia, and is home to some of the best Jazz and Blues you are ever going to hear. In fact, thousands of people come to the Wangaratta Festival of Jazz and Blues ever year. This is because Wangaratta is the perfect travel spot for people looking to get away from it all. Nothing is as relaxing as hearing some of the best jazz and blues players you are ever going to hear. If you are going to come all the way to Victoria, Australia, you have to check out The Wangaratta Festival. This is a once in a life time thing to see. That is, unless you come ever year.

Also, while you are in Wangaratta, you need to check out the large supermarket retailer known as Caltex Woolworths. These are two different companies that joined together to form some of the best gas stations known to man. If you are from out of town and you need to know where you are going, or just a friendly place to fill up your gas tank, then you have to check out Caltex Woolworths. There is nothing like these places anywhere else in the world. In fact, the one in Wangaratta is one of the nicest ones I think you are going to find anywhere. If you are looking for the perfect stop and shop place in Wangaratta, then you have to stop at this place. It will blow you away.

What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.
