This is the third year

I phoned to change the

I phoned to change the time for pick up and return of the car. It was not a good experience. I was told I could not do it and encouraged to book an up grade. I wanted to change my booking and return by 4 hours from 10.00am to 2.oo pm. I was told it was not possible to change it. I was told a car would not be available. I said I would take the risk and ended up in cancelling my booking and then re booking on line. Not helpful. I almost did not use your site to re book.

We booked a Yaris or

We booked a Yaris or similar, but on arrival were allocated a larger Hyundai Accent which was too large for my wife to drive. ECCR at Hobart apparently have very few Yaris-sized cars. Fortunately we were going to be passing nearby a few days later so were able to substitute the Accent for a smaller Kia Rio for the rest of our trip, but Carrentals need to check more carefully what sort of cars are actually available - size does matter, and a bigger car than you've booked isn't necessarily acceptable to all customers.

Good range of vehicles available. The main problem was lack of information about the additional cost of a one-way hire. When you initially enter details of the desired hire, your website shows the same price as for returning to the same location. Only when you proceed with the actual booking does the additional one-way hire fee appear. This is seriously misleading.

Located on the far south eastern tip of Australia is the area of Mount Gambier. The Mount Gambier Airport connects this region of Australia to all major cities and airports. Once landing into the Mount Gambier Airport, you will be taken aback by the sheer beauty of your surroundings. Located on an extinct volcano, the town of Mount Gambier is exotic, fun and family friendly. Activities only a car hire away from the Mount Gambier airport into cave exploration, lake watching and beautiful garden viewing.

Caves have always been a source of excitement for every one from the youngest of ages to the oldest of ages. Just a short drive from the Mount Gambier airport, is the Engelbrecht Cave. This tourist attraction is open to the public with cave diving tours being their specialty.
