This is the third year

I phoned to change the

I phoned to change the time for pick up and return of the car. It was not a good experience. I was told I could not do it and encouraged to book an up grade. I wanted to change my booking and return by 4 hours from 10.00am to 2.oo pm. I was told it was not possible to change it. I was told a car would not be available. I said I would take the risk and ended up in cancelling my booking and then re booking on line. Not helpful. I almost did not use your site to re book.

Very good value for money

Very good value for money, the zero excess rental we took was unbelievable value and car we received from europcar was brand new and high spec. Thankyou. I will definitely use car rentals again.

We booked a Yaris or

We booked a Yaris or similar, but on arrival were allocated a larger Hyundai Accent which was too large for my wife to drive. ECCR at Hobart apparently have very few Yaris-sized cars. Fortunately we were going to be passing nearby a few days later so were able to substitute the Accent for a smaller Kia Rio for the rest of our trip, but Carrentals need to check more carefully what sort of cars are actually available - size does matter, and a bigger car than you've booked isn't necessarily acceptable to all customers.

Good range of vehicles available

Good range of vehicles available. The main problem was lack of information about the additional cost of a one-way hire. When you initially enter details of the desired hire, your website shows the same price as for returning to the same location. Only when you proceed with the actual booking does the additional one-way hire fee appear. This is seriously misleading.

The town of Exmouth is located in the North West Cape. Originally developed to house military personnel, the town is now a thriving, busy and highly desired holiday destination. Air service is offered through Learmonth Airport located 36km from Exmouth with connecting services through Perth. Various bus charters will meet arriving planes and will shuttle you to your accommodations. You might consider acquiring a car to get to the town and tour the surrounding areas and sights.

From the airport, you will quickly arrive in Exmouth where you will find several hotels, resorts or cottages to choose from. The Ningaloo Reef Resort is one of the most well known luxury accommodations. The Best Western Sea Breeze Resort provides a more economical rate but offers elegantly appointed rooms in a family friendly atmosphere.

As you tour the area of Exmouth and the airport, you will find the stunning gorges of Cape Range National Park where you will find hundreds of rugged caves to explore, deep canyons and miles of stunning beaches. You can spend days exploring the park and not see it all.

The reefs of Ningaloo are some of Australia's most important reefs. You can experience the active marine life by boat, kayak, dive boat or simply by snorkeling. The reefs offer the perfect location for a wide range of fish, turtles, whale sharks and humpback whales. If you like to dive, try diving from the Navy Pier which has been named one of Australia's 10 Best Shore Dives.

Exmouth has some of the tastiest seafood in Australia, so try any one of the local restaurants for a fabulous meal.

What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver.
