I phoned to change the

I phoned to change the time for pick up and return of the car. It was not a good experience. I was told I could not do it and encouraged to book an up grade. I wanted to change my booking and return by 4 hours from 10.00am to 2.oo pm. I was told it was not possible to change it. I was told a car would not be available. I said I would take the risk and ended up in cancelling my booking and then re booking on line. Not helpful. I almost did not use your site to re book.

Very good value for money

We booked a Yaris or

We booked a Yaris or similar, but on arrival were allocated a larger Hyundai Accent which was too large for my wife to drive. ECCR at Hobart apparently have very few Yaris-sized cars. Fortunately we were going to be passing nearby a few days later so were able to substitute the Accent for a smaller Kia Rio for the rest of our trip, but Carrentals need to check more carefully what sort of cars are actually available - size does matter, and a bigger car than you've booked isn't necessarily acceptable to all customers.

Good range of vehicles available. The main problem was lack of information about the additional cost of a one-way hire. When you initially enter details of the desired hire, your website shows the same price as for returning to the same location. Only when you proceed with the actual booking does the additional one-way hire fee appear. This is seriously misleading.

Maybe you.re in the mood for a beach that is beautiful and offers fun for all, even those who are a little bit stuffy . head for Queenscliff in New South Wales. If you're in Sydney, just do a car hire and head northeast and follow the awesome beech to the end. Queenscliff has been a favorite for tourists many years and that.s not about to change.

The residents of Queenscliff are responsible hard working people who build boats, have wharves and worry about their guests (you), because they.ve been brought up from the old school and want you to enjoy your stay.

They love to fish and live in modest homes, but their ability to entertain can.t be matched. The expansive awesome beech remains picturesque and quaint with small cottages serving as a border. Unless you.re into long hikes, you.ll probably be wise to do a car hire, because we.re talking miles of beautiful country that you won.t want to miss.

As happens so often during the evolution of a town, there was a period of time when Queenscliff was sort of quiet and not especially interested in tourism, but that.s the past and today is a new day. It will take several days to check out the historical museums or old buildings from the early1800.s and don.t forget to stop in and see Fort Queenscliff.

This fort was not to ward off the enemy, but to protect those wanting to protect ships from land attacks. There.s the old Bellarine Peninsula Railroad station, ferries, horse-drawn coaches, special parks, fishing trips and so much more.

What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?
