I phoned to change the

I phoned to change the time for pick up and return of the car. It was not a good experience. I was told I could not do it and encouraged to book an up grade. I wanted to change my booking and return by 4 hours from 10.00am to 2.oo pm. I was told it was not possible to change it. I was told a car would not be available. I said I would take the risk and ended up in cancelling my booking and then re booking on line. Not helpful. I almost did not use your site to re book.

Very good value for money

We booked a Yaris or

We booked a Yaris or similar, but on arrival were allocated a larger Hyundai Accent which was too large for my wife to drive. ECCR at Hobart apparently have very few Yaris-sized cars. Fortunately we were going to be passing nearby a few days later so were able to substitute the Accent for a smaller Kia Rio for the rest of our trip, but Carrentals need to check more carefully what sort of cars are actually available - size does matter, and a bigger car than you've booked isn't necessarily acceptable to all customers.

Good range of vehicles available. The main problem was lack of information about the additional cost of a one-way hire. When you initially enter details of the desired hire, your website shows the same price as for returning to the same location. Only when you proceed with the actual booking does the additional one-way hire fee appear. This is seriously misleading.

Once you mention the Grampians region, the name of Horsham Australia will instantly come to your mind. This city is located far to the north of Melbourne , approximately three and half hour driving. It is lodged at the foot of Mt. Arapiles and at the bank of the famous wimmera river and for that reason it is called the wimmera capital.

The Grampians region was known as a grazing land but it developed into a center of wheat cultivation and that reflected on the Horsham city to be the economic center of the region. With a very small population, not exceeding fifteen thousand, Horsham is one of those calm cities where you can spend a very nice vacation.

If you are looking for a rock climbing adventure, head straight to Mt. Arapiles and grab your gears for a non forgettable adventure. Also if you are a nature lover, then you can consider Horsham Australian to be your base point to explore the several parks located in the Grampians region. The near parks are Grampians national park, the Tooan state park and the little desert national park. To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver.
