This is the third year

I phoned to change the

I phoned to change the time for pick up and return of the car. It was not a good experience. I was told I could not do it and encouraged to book an up grade. I wanted to change my booking and return by 4 hours from 10.00am to 2.oo pm. I was told it was not possible to change it. I was told a car would not be available. I said I would take the risk and ended up in cancelling my booking and then re booking on line. Not helpful. I almost did not use your site to re book.

We booked a Yaris or

We booked a Yaris or similar, but on arrival were allocated a larger Hyundai Accent which was too large for my wife to drive. ECCR at Hobart apparently have very few Yaris-sized cars. Fortunately we were going to be passing nearby a few days later so were able to substitute the Accent for a smaller Kia Rio for the rest of our trip, but Carrentals need to check more carefully what sort of cars are actually available - size does matter, and a bigger car than you've booked isn't necessarily acceptable to all customers.

Good range of vehicles available. The main problem was lack of information about the additional cost of a one-way hire. When you initially enter details of the desired hire, your website shows the same price as for returning to the same location. Only when you proceed with the actual booking does the additional one-way hire fee appear. This is seriously misleading.

Just out of the city of Albury.s central business district is the Albury Airport. Located five kilometres from the CBD and the suburb to the north of Albury, Lavington, the airport is well serviced by several domestic airlines (among them Qantaslink, Regional Express or Rex, and Brindabella).

These airlines provide both passenger and cargo flights (via Australian Air Express) to Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne. Albury Airport is the second busiest regional airport in New South Wales, a state of Australia whose capital is Sydney. Every year about 210,000 passengers pass through its gates . grabbing a car hire and setting out to see the sites of this beautiful part of the country. Albury Airport is owned by Albury City.

Albury Airport car hire is just one of the many features offered to passengers, along with a licensed bar and kiosk, easy check-in and a taxi rank that can take you to the city if you don.t have a car hire. And if you are driving to the airport, just park your car in the car park and ask inside about parking . during operational hours at Albury Airport your car will be valet parked for you at a reasonable price, for as long as you require it.

After arriving at Albury Airport, car hire is a great way to get to the snow fields (make sure you ask about four wheel drives and tyre chains) and a smaller car with plenty of boot space might be more appropriate for visiting the many wineries in the region!

Albury Airport makes good use of its one runway and three taxiways. Its air traffic control tower is open from 6:15 am to 8:30 pm, and operates when necessary on weekends (obviously when flights are coming or going!).
