Not at all happy due

Not at all happy due to taking out full collision damage waiver / zero excess policy at the time of booking but then being told at the Maggiore desk that this wasn’t valid and we needed to purchase it through them!!! Shocking. Won’t be using Car Rentals or Maggiore again.
