Alternatively, a high-speed TGV train runs directly from the Charles de Gaulle Airport to Nantes, a journey of about three hours. From Nantes you can catch a connecting train to La Baule Rail Station, a journey of about 40 miles.

Located a short walking distance from the city centre, the La Baule Rail Station provides adequate facilities for passengers. The local market and the tourism office are also a short walk from the station.
